It seems as if I've been in the collision repair industry virtually all my life. I started detailing cars in the 1960s, then moved up to managing one repair centre in Hamilton, Ontario, then to organizing and operating a multi-store repair business.
Through my experience, I realized the industry needed a change - it called for an organization like CARSTAR.
