November 2, 2009 – CARSTAR Automotive Canada Inc. is pleased to announce, Yves Robichaud has been appointed to the position of Market Development Manager (MDM) for the province of Quebec.

Yves officially commenced his new role on October 26, 2009. He will help build strong relationships with CARSTAR’s insurance and fleet partners to increase its market share and build its brand within Quebec. He will also help build strong relationships with the company’s franchisees to meet their five needs which include:

•Assistance to boost profitability
•Positive Interaction and Harmony
•Effective Leadership
•Effective Marketing & Sales
•Responsive Support

All of which CARSTAR has been providing its over 130 franchisees for nearly 15 years.

Yves graduated from the University of Montreal with a B.A. in Political Sciences. Very passionate about his community, he has also been active with organizations including the United Way and the Laval Minor Baseball Association.

He joins CARSTAR with proven successful experience in sales, marketing, business coaching and financial planning. Most recently he was responsible for building market share and developing business opportunities for RBC Royal Bank in Laval.

As the MDM based in Montreal, he will work in conjunction with the Regional Director for Eastern Canada, Bob Gagnon and Franchise Systems Specialist, Emmanuel Robitaille, to continue growing the market in Quebec.
