CARSTAR Marks Momentous First Half of 2021

CARSTAR, North America’s largest multi-store network of independently owned collision repair facilities, maintains the highest level of operational standards through continued expansion across Canada.

With six new Canadian CARSTAR locations in 2021, the premier collision repairer is continuing its growth trajectory, while still upholding strong metrics across its operational key performance indicators. Length of rental and touch time were both reduced by over 20% and an NPS of over 80% has been maintained throughout the first half of the year.

CARSTAR owners across Canada continue to put their communities through a variety of charitable initiatives. For the second year, the CARSTAR MK Auto Group provided complimentary vehicle cleanings to frontline workers from Alberta Health Services and local fire departments. The team at CARSTAR Lethbridge, participated in its annual community Coulee Clean-Up. Several locations across Canada are also hosting car wash and car show events this summer to raise valuable funds for Cystic Fibrosis Canada.
